    • I wouldn’t have made my comeback from a severe burn injury or made the NHL without this powerful practice

    • Visualization saved my life after a career ending neck injury and personal crisis


WHAT:


  • 12 week program

  • 1 Zoom lesson per week, full access/communication, exercises and handouts

  • Story work Visualization: create your own movie in your mind, you are the director! We take a deep dive into the two types of visualization throughout the program. The benefits are twofold. First, performance skyrockets because we increase confidence and trust in preparation, while simultaneously squashing anxiety, fear of failure, and self doubt. Secondly, these visualization techniques cultivate a deep, subconscious belief in yourself and your ability to chase your dreams.
